CHARMS
CHARMS is the program used by the JPS Band to send out information to parents/students, for parents to volunteer as a chaperone/Pit Crew/helper at competitions, games and auditions. It is also used to check on your child's fundraising balances. If you have any questions or problems concerning CHARMS including difficulty logging in, please contact - James Cheng or Jennifer Cheng via Whatsapp.
The JPS Marching Band parents receive information, ask questions and communicate with other band parents via Whatsapp. A great way to keep up to date with your child's practice, competitions and marching band events throughout the school year. If you would like to join the JPS Marching Band Whatsapp group, then click this link and post your name, your cell phone number, your child's name and their grade level and you will be added to the appropriate group - Freshman/Sophmore/Junior/Senior/Color Guard group. Your info will only be viewed by the Whatsapp Admins and then you will be deleted from this group and added to the appropriate Whatsapp group.
